All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe and shipped via trusted carriers.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs and details.

Approved returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.

Timelines for custom work are estimates and may vary depending on the nature of the project.
